1. What you are buying
The Affiliate Marketing Practical Course is an online self-paced education product consisting of 11 paid modules (46 lessons) plus the free Module 0 (5 lessons), the Affiliate Starter Kit, and access to the Playbook tool inside the student area. Payment unlocks lifetime access to all paid lessons and future updates at no extra cost.
2. License
Your account is for one person. You may not share access credentials, republish lesson content, resell the Starter Kit assets, or use course text as training data for a commercial model. You can use everything you learn to build your own affiliate business — that’s the whole point of the course.
3. No-refund policy
This is a digital education product delivered immediately on purchase. All sales are final — once payment is processed, no refunds, returns, or partial credits are issued. The free Module 0 (5 full lessons plus the Starter Kit) exists so you can evaluate teaching style, depth, and platform before you pay. The paid program is unlocked only after you complete Module 0, so you already know what you are buying. The single exception: a verified technical fault on our side that prevents access to the course you paid for and that we cannot resolve within 14 days of report — in that case the purchase is refunded in full.
4. Income disclaimer
Results shown in lessons (Mateo’s $3,847/month, Priya’s $1,200/month, Carlos’ $310/month at week 12) are real numbers from real students, not typical earnings. Affiliate marketing income depends on effort, niche selection, consistency, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular result — including zero. Treat the course as education, not an investment.
5. FTC & platform compliance
Module 4.2 teaches you the FTC disclosure requirements you must follow when you publish affiliate content. Following those rules is your responsibility, not ours. The course does not absolve you of legal obligations in your country or on the platforms you post to (YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, etc.).
6. Account termination
We reserve the right to close accounts that share credentials, abuse support, or use the Playbook / lesson comments for harassment or spam. No refund is owed in such cases — see section 3.
7. Course updates
We update lessons periodically as platforms, compliance rules, and winning niches change. Your purchase includes these updates at no additional cost. Occasionally a lesson may be replaced or removed — in that case we preserve the Playbook fields it wrote so your progress is never lost.
8. Governing law & contact
